Brenda has worked in health care for over thirty years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ISU and worked in various areas of nursing for ten years, including management. With the dream of working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, she pursued her Master’s degree in South Dakota. At the time, she and her husband Todd had four small children; those years remain the only time she and her family have lived away from Southeastern Idaho.
Brenda not only graduated Magna Cum Laude from the rigorous program, she was honored to be among two students nominated as the Outstanding Student in the program and earned a perfect score on her board certification.
Following graduate work, she and her family returned home where she has worked as a CRNA throughout the region, including western Wyoming.
Brenda has a voracious appetite for learning and adds to her education and medical credentials through attending conferences and seminars every chance she gets.
Whenever new techniques or technology become available, Brenda wants to experience them, not just for her own benefit (one small perk!) but also to learn ways to improve the overall patient experience.
In her “free time,” she enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, camping, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her family. She is also a young grandmother to two very charming and dynamic grandsons and three brilliant and beautiful granddaughters.
Todd has been an observer of the medical field for over thirty years. He helped “hold down the fort” with a house full of four active children during the early years of Brenda’s career and education. One of his extra duties? Study partner for Brenda!
Todd remains inspired by the field of medicine and is looking forward to pursuing additional education in the future.
Currently, he has embraced the challenge of earning his phlebotomy certificate and additional certifications through the Advanced Aesthetic Education Group (AAEG) and the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association (ACCMA). He is excited to continue learning about the latest medical advancements in the field of aesthetics and bring them to his clients (and that his scalp hair growth is now in full swing, thanks to the hair restoration Vampire Procedure®).
Todd is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying all the recreation adventures that Idaho has to offer in every beautiful season. Now, with nearly 6 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, everyone agrees Todd is a natural.
